We are aware that several members have fed back on the PRINCE2 2017 exams being perceived to be more difficult than the 2009 ones and some trainers experiencing unexpectedly poor results. In light of this we have gained agreement from AXELOS to have a day with the PRINCE2 Chief Examiner, Michelle Rowlands, who will go through the new exams, approaches and ways to succeed with the new format and content. This event was piloted with a few AsTrE trainers who found it to be a real benefit and so the AsTrE Officers requested AXELOS that it should be made available to all AsTrE Trainers.

DATE: May 10th

LOCATION: BMC training venue, Armada House, Telephone Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4BQ

TIME: 10am – 3pm

PRESENTED BY: Michelle Rowlands, PRINCE2 Chief Examiner

Please contact your trainers with these details and they can either contact me directly or through you as the ATO. I do need to know the numbers as we need to ensure that there is sufficient space for everyone. If it proves that there is more demand than space available we can try to set up a virtual link. This will also enable those who are further afield to participate.

Please let us know which trainers will be attending from your organisation by the 27th April so we are able to finalise the arrangements with AXELOS and ensure there is sufficient space at BMC.

Thank you in anticipation of your support for this initiative.

Thanks Paul, this is really useful unfortunately I don’t think we have a trainer to attend. If a virtual link becomes available please let me know!

I think by popular demand we will be offering a virtual link, we just need to workout the logistics.
